The Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters is refusing to count all of the votes cast for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on Election Day. I just signed a petition from the Courage Campaign demanding that the Registrar count every single vote.

As a native Angeleno, I find this revelation is disgrace. "Decline-to-State" is a legitimate vote and should be counted. My husband was informed to ink dot bubble 6 by the precinct. Nevertheless, if independents took their time to vote, their ballots should be counted.
Such action disenfranchises voters. The "ballot design flaw" for the DTS voters sounds like a poor excuse: I am reminded of Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004.
